RISE!!!!!

John 20:9
for until then they still hadn't understood the Scriptures that said Jesus must rise from the dead

The life we live is full! Full of tears, lessons, and seasons.  The perceived failures of our lives are opportunities for GOD. . . Yet the world will never understand why we cling to a GOD that allows us to live in such a world. For the worst day on earth is better than the best day in hell. Consequently the best day on earth is nothing compared to a second in heaven. With this in mind praise GOD when you are going through. When we think of the humiliated, broken body of Christ on the cross we rejoice. We rejoice because it should have been us. Even though the act was horrible, the result was beautiful.
When you are going through trials, the world will not understand your praise. When you are broken, crucified, and humiliated, the world cannot comprehend why you are at peace.  Before the rise there must be a fall. Count on the falling times in your life. Praise GOD when life comes against you. Rejoice when your life presents an opportunity for GOD to work.
When you rise the world will see you shining with the glory of GOD. The world will finally understand why you can have joy when your world is falling down around you. Your praise will be justified. Even though Jesus had told the disciples many times of his death, and resurrection they didn’t understand until they saw the risen Lord.  Rise up, even when you are at your lowest. Rise up, even when the weight of the world is on your shoulders. Pray up, look up, and rise up because soon GOD will lift you up. GOD will justify your trials with the blessings sown in praise during your valley. I know some of you are going through a valley, and have no words for what you have seen and experienced. I know that there is pain in your life. I understand that some of you are broken.  However just as Jesus was broken and restored, we also will rise! When Jesus got up, you got up! When Jesus got up sin and death had to sit down and shut up. When Jesus got up the world . . . no, your world was put back together.
Be encouraged,
I love you always, and in all ways.

COMFORT IN THE VALLEY!

Isaiah 40:30-31 New King James Version (NKJV) 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, 31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. In the short time that you have in this world you can expect to be tested. You should look for it and know that you will have valleys and mountain tops along the path that you walk as a Christian. It may seem that the path gets more and more narrow. It may seem that you come across another path that seems to lead you to easier terrain and a location with “greener grass”. Do not be fooled or discouraged. With each season of testing GOD allows you to experience, there will be a season of recovery and spiritual growth. When you are in your valley you can rest in the fact that you will have to go up a hill to reach the mountain top. And the higher the mountain top the l...

Be Encouraged!!

Ready or Not: Here Life Comes Isaiah 41:10 fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. I am starting this blog in response to the excuses I have had as to why I am not doing more for the kingdom of GOD. I have been in the USAF for 7 years and have been a studying to become a Chaplain and pastor for the past 7 years. I have been called into ministry for the past 17 years.. I have had a strong pulling in my soul to serve in full time ministry and have let myself put up blocks in my mind because of my commitment to my country as a military member. This showes a weakness in my heart and mind. I realize that just because I am not a full time Pastor or in "fulltime ministry" does not mean I do not have the opportunity to minister on a daily basis. Realize that no matter where you go or what you do there are opportunities to share GOD's word and work for him. ...

FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!

Psalm 73:26 King James Version (KJV) 26 My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever. We need to put our “hurt”, and our “quit” in check. They have no place in the peace and work of Christ. There are so many things this world puts in our lives that will hurt, distract, and push us down to the point of failure.   Your pain is an opportunity to grow.   Your distractions are an opportunity to refocus on GOD.   The temptation to quit is the point where GOD’s supernatural nature can take over your natural ability and accomplish the things you cannot on your own. Remember the following: 1.        GOD loves you to death. 2.        GOD never rests so you can rest on him. 3.        GOD never fails, even when you feel that you have.   D o not quit. Do not think of quitting. And do not plan for alternatives in respon...
