DONT SPEAK!

Exodus 14:13

And Moses said unto the people, Fear not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will show to you today: for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you shall see them again no more forever.

What do you do when your back is against the wall? When you are waiting for deliverance and the providence that GOD provides? What do you do when the world is hunting you down and attempting to assassinate your life and the plans GOD has for you?  What do you focus on? What words do you put into your life? In life doubt will come and your feelings will betray you. In life you will find yourself in situations with nothing in this world to hold on to and reaching for anything to pull you through.  Your feelings will betray you and your words will not mirror the faith you profess. Your words will contradict the resume GOD has laid out in your life. We have all been there. In these times , Just as it was for the Jews at the Red Sea, we need to follow the advice of Moses. We need a stern word.   Moses said “Fear not, and Stand still”!! In other words, be quiet and be still. . .  Do not speak! Do not move! Do not do anything but look for the salvation . . . (deliverance and answer) from GOD. Moses was fully engaged in the Spirit, and in a place to deliver the word that the GOD’s people needed to hear.

Now hear this! GOD is moving. GOD is working! GOD is about to deliver you. Wait and be still. Praise and do not speak contrary to what GOD is getting ready to do. I do not care what it looks like. I don’t care if it appears that there is no way out of your situation. I am not concerned with your opinions of the current situations. Be still, Be quiet and open your eyes, and ears eagerly for what GOD is about to do and say. Expect it!  When your back is at the Red Sea, and the army of pharaoh is before you. When you have exhausted every idea, and every plan that you have tried has failed! When only GOD will do! GOD says:

“Be still and look at my work. Be quiet and prepare to be amazed. I can split the oceans to clear a path for you. I am the maker of the way out of no way! I am the source of salvation. I will not be defeated or out done. I am your GOD! And you are mine!”

GOD can and GOD will deliver you. GOD loves and never will forsake you. God will, and GOD has given His all. GOD has his blood invested in you. He has brought you too far to let you fall away or be destroyed. Expect the impossible, and believe!

Be encouraged!

I love you always and in all ways.

HARVEST TIME!

Galatians 6:9 New International Version (NIV) 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Have you ever been working, waiting, or standing in the gap for anyone? In such times of testing and prayer did you ever think how easy it would be to give up? It seems that while we are going through we loose sight of the goal GOD has set before us! We focus on our discomfort and take the burden onto our own backs instead of leaning on GOD's everlasting arms. The struggle itself is not the problem. However, our main problem is our human condition. We cannot do it all on our own. We must constantly look in the mirror and remind ourselves that we are not alone. . . Ever! We must remember who our GOD is. GOD will never allow you to go through a problem without bringing you to your blessing. It may take more time than you would like to endure. However the outcome and harvest gained is what's needed. If you are ...

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:28-31 NIV). Do Not Grow Weary In Waiting!!! I have realized that we live in a society that has trained us to have everything "right now" and our way. We have become experts in getting our children to stop having temper tantrums. We grow weary when we even think about how long something may take. And the thought of working through a rough patch in our lives and marriages seems like the thing not to do. I mean!! Half of our marriages end in divorce. How can Christians fight for marri...

LOVE. . . EVEN WHEN IT HURTS!

John 4:7-8 7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.  _____________________________ It sounds so easy! “Love one another”! But it is a task that takes practice and the Holy Spirit working within us to accomplish.   IT is easy to love a friend or a family member. Those who are good to us make it easy. But what about our enemies? How can we love them?   This verse does not exclude our enemies.   Those who push our buttons need our love the most.   Those who we must pray for daily need to see Christ in each one of us.   And please remember to others we are that person that needs prayer as well. Bottom Line: Loving others the way GOD loves us is not an easy task. It takes the spirit of GOD working in side of us to accomplish.   It takes the death of the old us and the new nature of Christ living in...
