WHEN LORD WHEN!?!?!?

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not
seen. Hebrews 11:1

Some of you have asked GOD for a breakthrough, a new job, a child, or a
husband.  Some of you have been waiting so long and have gotten so close
only to feel as if the answers to your prayers have slipped through your
fingers.  Some of you are losing, or have lost hope.  As a result your
prayers are not fueled by faith and you only ask GOD because it is the only
thing you can do.  You are essentially bracing yourself for the impact of
rock bottom.  You ask "WHY and WHEN LORD?"  Each day becomes a struggle to
move forward and your faith is giving way to fear.

If this describes you I would like to ask you "WHY and WHEN oh faithful of
GOD?"  Why do you doubt when GOD's resume is ever fresh in your life.  When
will you stop carrying GOD around in your pocket as if he is the special
weapon when your back is against the wall?  GOD should be in your heart
filling every aspect of your life.  Even in the smallest details of your
life GOD should be present.  GOD has plans for you.  Live as if you believe
his word.  That new job is already waiting for you. That child you have yet
to meet face to face has already had his/her life planned out by the Father.  Your
husband is being shaped and molded to your heart even as we speak.  Do not
defeat yourself just because your timetable is not being met.  Do not give
up on GOD just because of "what the situation looks like".  GOD is the master
of all situations and allows failure, and success for the greatest impact
for his will and glory.  You have to have faith that whatever the situation
is in your life is fitting into his plan.  You have to align yourself in his
will and keep your hope in him so that when life happens you can trust GOD
has control

When you believe in GOD just to the point of having faith in him to do what
you can accomplish yourself, then all you have is a religion, and not a
relationship with GOD.  GOD wants you to move past your initial confession
of faith into a total dependence and relationship with him.  What GOD
desires is to show you that he can and will move mountains for your benefit.
The problems in your life are just opportunities for GOD to show you his
love for you.  Those "unanswered" prayers are not GOD's absence in your
situation. Rather GOD is giving you the time to grow and prepare for what
his answer and blessing will bring.  Believe me when you only live (on average) 80
years as a human, waiting 10 years for your blessing can seem like a long
time.  Be encouraged, GOD has not forgotten about you. GOD will not fail
you. And most of all GOD has given his all to show you he loves you.

I love you in always, and in all ways.

HARVEST TIME!

Galatians 6:9 New International Version (NIV) 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Have you ever been working, waiting, or standing in the gap for anyone? In such times of testing and prayer did you ever think how easy it would be to give up? It seems that while we are going through we loose sight of the goal GOD has set before us! We focus on our discomfort and take the burden onto our own backs instead of leaning on GOD's everlasting arms. The struggle itself is not the problem. However, our main problem is our human condition. We cannot do it all on our own. We must constantly look in the mirror and remind ourselves that we are not alone. . . Ever! We must remember who our GOD is. GOD will never allow you to go through a problem without bringing you to your blessing. It may take more time than you would like to endure. However the outcome and harvest gained is what's needed. If you are ...

Be Encouraged!!

Ready or Not: Here Life Comes Isaiah 41:10 fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. I am starting this blog in response to the excuses I have had as to why I am not doing more for the kingdom of GOD. I have been in the USAF for 7 years and have been a studying to become a Chaplain and pastor for the past 7 years. I have been called into ministry for the past 17 years.. I have had a strong pulling in my soul to serve in full time ministry and have let myself put up blocks in my mind because of my commitment to my country as a military member. This showes a weakness in my heart and mind. I realize that just because I am not a full time Pastor or in "fulltime ministry" does not mean I do not have the opportunity to minister on a daily basis. Realize that no matter where you go or what you do there are opportunities to share GOD's word and work for him. ...

NEW BEGINNINGS

Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert   Some of us are stuck in our present and being held back by our past.   We struggle with what might be and what “was”, all the while God is shining a light on the door that leads into a place of renewal and challenge.   The question is; Why do we hesitate to turn the key and accept the challenge? We must be open and faithful to the plan of God in our lives.   In o ur past and present we have developed a perceived control, but our future is totally in God’s hands.   We need to recognize and accept that in all things God’s will needs to be done.   Do not let fear, and uncertainty become the stumbling blocks that motivate you to sway from God’s plan.   Be bold and accept his will and way for your future.   Look for his guidance and leave the past where it belongs.   ...
